We have a 30 Day Return Policy in place which covers the Return, Replacement or Repair of items that are deemed Faulty, DOA (Damaged on Arrival), Not fit for purpose or does not match the item description. In this case we will accept responsibility for return postage costs.

We will NOT accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items unless this is specially arranged. In the case that a return of this nature is accepted the buyer accepts all responsibility and cost of returning the item.

Our standard practice in the event of a Faulty, DOA, Not fit for purpose or does not match the item description is to replace the item. You will either be asked to return the one you received or keep/destroy it depending on the item and the problem. Once a return tracking number is lodged the replacement will be dispatched. Under special circumstances a refund may be offered.

Items that are not in the original package that the item came with cannot be returned.

Electrical items cannot be returned unless the item can be tested to confirm it is in the original working condition. Consumable items such as globes and fuses cannot be returned if they have been fitted or sealed packaging has been broken/opened under any circumstances.

If the buyer is seeking a refund on a return that has been fitted or is not in the original packaging will be subject to a re-stocking fee to cover depreciation in value of the goods. This fee will be between 15%-40% depending on the item and condition returned. If the item is deemed unsalable no refund will be given.
